Does Aquarius Casino Resort charge a resort fee?
No, Aquarius Casino Resort does not charge a resort fee.
Does Aquarius Casino Resort allow marijuana smoking on its premises or in its hotel rooms?
No, although Nevada law allows recreational marijuana usage in certain limited locations, the Aquarius does not allow recreational marijuana usage in its hotel rooms, casino or public spaces.
What types of discounts does the Aquarius Casino Resort offer?
Aquarius Casino Resort offers a discount of 10% to all ace | PLAYTM card members. We also accept AAA membership cards; show your card at check-in to receive your 10% discount.
Can I make changes to an existing reservation via email?
No. You can make changes to an existing reservation by calling 800.662.5825.

What types of amenities are in each room?
Each standard room offers a flat screen television, coffee maker, hair dryer, iron & ironing board, and alarm clock. Riverview and handicapped rooms, along with suites, also include a refrigerator. Other amenities are available for a charge: refrigerators at $11.20 per day, and wireless Internet access at $11.99 per device per 24 hours.
Do you have safety deposit boxes?
Yes. Aquarius Cage has safety deposit boxes available free of charge.
How can I obtain a copy of my bill from a past stay? Who should I contact regarding a discrepancy on my bill?

How many guests do you allow per room?
Maximum occupancy per room is four (4) guests.
How do I apply for Casino Credit? Can I sign up before I arrive on property?
Casino Credit is easy to apply for and in most cases can be approved in less than two days for first-time casino credit applicants, and just a few hours for applicants with previously established casino credit records. What is the pool temperature, hours and location?
Our pool is located on the roof of the third floor and is open year round. The pool opens at 7am and closes at 11pm. During the fall and winter months, we heat the pool to 80-81 degrees. In the summer months, the temperature averages in the mid 80’s. The pool bar is open from April 1 to October 31. They serve a variety of beverages from 11am until 7pm.
What time is check-in/check-out?
Check-in begins at 3pm. Check-out is 11am.
Does Aquarius Casino Resort have a business center to assist guests with business or personal needs?
We do not have a business center but the Front Desk offers services for faxing, copying, and shipping.
Does Aquarius Casino Resort have handicap accessible rooms?
Yes. We have handicap accessible rooms on each floor in each tower. Each room is near the elevator and is designed with the additional accessible amenities, including an open-frame bed, lowered peephole and door latch, and accessible bathroom. Shower chairs, toilet seat risers, audible door knockers, and TDD devices available upon request.

Do you offer laundry service?
Can I pay for my room with cash or do I need a credit card?
We can accept cash at the time of check-in for the room and tax. A valid credit card must be presented upon check-in and a $50 per day charge is authorized to cover incidentals.
Does the Aquarius Casino Resort provide boat or RV parking?
Yes. Boat and RV parking is available in the parking lot in front of the parking garage and the lot directly across the street in front of the mall.
Does Aquarius Casino Resort provide handicapped parking?
Yes. The parking spaces can be found either in the parking garage or at the front entrance behind the valet booth.
Can I pre-arrange to have flowers or a bottle of champagne sent to a guest room prior to arrival?

Do your televisions have ability to hook up a gaming console?
Yes. Guest must bring their cables.

Does Aquarius Casino Resort have child care?

Do you have playpens or cribs available?
Yes. Please contact Housekeeping upon arrival. We have a limited supply and are available on a first come, first served basis. There is no charge.
Does Aquarius Casino Resort allow pets?
Aquarius Casino Resort allows certified service animals only. There are a

Can you have a rollaway bed brought to your room?
Yes. Rollaway beds are available at the time of check-in and have a daily charge of $11.20.
Can I have a refrigerator brought to my room?
All of our guestrooms are already equipped with refrigerators in them.
Does my room have Internet?
Yes. Free wireless high-speed internet is complimentary up to 1 Mbps for unlimited devices.
An enhanced service option is available for $9.99 for up to 5 Mbps for up to 3 devices for 24-hours.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require a 24-hour notice for any cancelations.
Does Aquarius Casino Resort have room service?
Duet Coffee & Wine and Outback Steakhouse offer room service during their normal operating hours.
Does Aquarius Casino Resort offer transportation from Las Vegas or Phoenix?
Aquarius Casino Resort does not offer transportation. There are two shuttle services available:

Are there any restaurant discounts?
Yes, with your ace | PLAY card. You can get a 10% discount at participating restaurants and up to 25% off at the buffet for New Members, ace | PLAY orange, red and green card members.
Does your hotel offer a workout facility?
Yes. Our Fitness Center is located by McDonald’s®. It is open 24 hours, seven days a week and is available free to hotel guests. Hotel guests swipe their room key for entrance.
What are your players club level benefits?
ace |PLAY gives you the best pay for your play with Increased Point Multipliers – 4X for ace | PLAY red, 3X for ace | PLAY green, and 2X for ace | PLAY orange. With ace | PLAY you use your points your way – simply earn points, and decide what you’d like to redeem those points for: Cash, Slot Play and/or Comps.
