Licensing

A valid Clark County marriage license is required. You may apply for your license at the Clark County Marriage Clerk’s office located in the courthouse at 101 Civic Way Suite #2. Office hours are Tuesday – Thursday 8 am – 4:15 pm, Friday 8 am – 7:45 pm, and Saturday and Sundays 8 am – 4:45 pm (closed noon – 1 pm for lunch). The license is valid for one year and the fee is $55.00 cash. For more information call (702) 298-4622 and ask for the Marriage Clerk.
